About the University
U1 University is a private university founded in 1994 as Youngdong Engineering College in Yeongdong County, North Chungcheong Province. It still operates its Yeongdong campus alongside a newer campus in Asan, and many students know it by its former name, Yeongdong University.
Its bachelor programmes centre on health and care work, with Nursing, Physical Therapy, Emergency Medical Services and Social Welfare, alongside AI Software, Future Automotive and Hotel Culinary Arts, plus Korean Language and Culture.
